Refund policy

Because Quantify provides instant access to digital training content, all purchases are non-refundable.

Under UK consumer law, digital products are excluded from the right to return once they have been downloaded or accessed. By completing your purchase, you agree to waive any right to cancel or request a refund once access has been granted.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital courses

  • Templates

  • Downloads

  • Online training modules

  • Membership subscriptions once access has been provided

This includes all Quantify plans, annual subscriptions, and digital materials.

Accidental Purchases

Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing payment. As all products grant immediate access, accidental purchases are not eligible for a refund.

Subscription Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

  • No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused time.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the platform, we will assist you in resolving it. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds but we will ensure you gain full access to what you’ve purchased.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after receiving digital access is considered misuse. We reserve the right to revoke access and pursue further action if necessary.
